Breakfast

Be prepared for a delicious combination of hot and cold foods prepared by
chef/owner Sandy Schrawder. Breakfast is served each morning at 8:30. I can
accommodate earlier risers hustling to appointments or activities.
Fresh seasonal fruits, yogurt, freshly roasted and ground coffee, juice, and a
hot entrée are ready for your enjoyment. One of Sandy’s special dishes was
passed down from her Swedish father. Eggareera is a warm egg and bacon gravy
served over toast points. Delicate, yet flavorful.
Imagine your meeting or corporate retreat here. The dining room seats ten
comfortably. The view is of the Sangre de Cristo range. We are close to the
highway and airport, yet private enough for those strategic sessions
